HOW TO BUY BY MAIL ORDER
First have a good look at the telephones on the web site, and
decide which telephone or telephones you would like. If you cannot see the telephone
you want, call me anyway, I may be able to help.
If you need a telephone quickly,
check
the shop and see what is there. If you contact me before 12.00 noon,
it may be possible to send a telephone from the shop for next day delivery.
Next find out if you are using (or if it is a gift, the
recipient) a BT or a cable company line.
Then call the telephone number at the bottom of the page and
speak to Gavin Payne direct.
All the telephones benefit from my standard
guarantee.
Note that I do not conduct a telephone repair or conversion
service by mail order. You need to bring it to the shop. Call me first on the
number below. Make sure you have the telephone with you when you call.
Post and packing by Parcelforce 24 next day service to most
parts of The UK for a telephone is £15. Northern Ireland and The Highlands and
Islands, will incur a surcharge.

order, or have an enquiry. Now my wife is at home recovering well from her
accident, I can usually be reached 9.00am to 5.30pm seven days of the week.
Calls in the evening are not appreciated and could make me very grumpy. The

Saturday and Sunday mornings between 10.00 and 12.00. If you have a telephone in
your possession that you want to know more about, or have repaired or converted,
please have it right next to you when you call. It is not sufficient just to
have a note of any markings or to rely on memory. It may be useful to have a
selection of small flat bladed screwdrivers to hand. Please also note, I
do not give advice for DIY repairs or conversions or valuations of any kind over
the telephone or by email. You are welcome to bring the telephone to my shop for
help or comments.
